Will Michael Beasley Be Affected by Agent Issues?

 The good news is Beasley apparently has been going above and beyond with his pre-camp workouts, surprising the staff recently by being ready at AmericanAirlines Arena at 7:50 a.m.
 
The business side of the game has a way of injecting itself into camp and even the regular season. The difference is with a veteran, such as Shawn Marion, concern about a contract extension ceases between the lines. For a rookie, such as Beasley, the more ancillary issues that can be eliminated by the start of camp, the better.
