A land of two billion people, China represents the next frontier for professional sports recruiting. Baseball has been the most agressive about harnessing Chinese talent, but Basketball has seen the instant impact with superstar Yao Ming. Standing 7’4" tall, Ming could play in the NBA on size alone. But he’s more than just a big man. Like Shaq, Yao can play the game with the best of them. As his huge talent develops into skill, it is a good bet Houston may see its own Ming Dynasty.

Before the 2002-2003 season, NBA great said that if Yao Ming ever scored as many as 19 points in an NBA game he would kiss follow sportscaster and former NBA player Kenny Smith on his ass. Barkley ended up kissing a donkey brought on the set by Smith only a few days later.
