on 03.25.2008		 AL HORFORD is definitely ROOKIE OF THE YEAR. Kevin Durant is only a jump shooter. But AL HORFORD has post-moves, jump shots, passing ability, dribbling ability and he rebounds. ANYTHING YOU CAN NAME HE HAS IT. (R.O.Y all day) .

on 10.6.2007		 hey i’m 15 5-11.5 feet and could dunk on a 9.7 feet rim ya digg to get a higher vertical jump du squats calf raises until yu feel the burn, hold weights .....i’m also 129 pounds yea i’m skinny kobe all day kb24.comi’m the next kobe remember the name stef stephan when i get to the nba or college ball look out i’m gonna wear number 24 or 3 or maybe 8 .
