(Basketball News) - The Milwaukee Bucks are coming off a loss as they were pounded by the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday evening. Tyronn Lue scored 18 points and dished out nine assists to lead the Hawks to a 103-80 rout at Philips Arena.
Mike James came off the bench to lead the Bucks with 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting. Desmond Mason added 13 points, while Michael Redd and Keith Van Horn had 10 points each.
This was Van Horn’s first game since December 1, missing the last 18 contests with right ankle tendinitis. He was activated earlier today, and played 15 minutes. In 14 games this season, the 6-10 forward is averaging 16.7 points and 7.9 rebounds per contest.
The Bucks will take to the court again tonight, as they battle the Spurs in San Antonio.
The Spurs and Bucks met on December 4 of this season at the Bradley Center and San Antonio posted a 104-83 victory. The Spurs have won four of the last five matchups overall and have taken nine of the last 12 meetings on their home court.
