(Basketball News) - The Philadelphia 76ers finished their five-game road trip without a victory, as they were defeated by the Atlanta Hawks, 96-92, on Monday at Philips Arena.
Allen Iverson scored a season-high 36 points for the 76ers, including 18 in the first quarter. Kyle Korver added 14 on 4-of-10 shooting from three-point territory and Marc Jackson collected 13 points and nine rebounds in the loss.
The Sixers have dropped eight straight away from home, and are just 1-8 on the road this season. Philadelphia, which made 41 percent of its shots from the field, was Philadelphia 52-42, including 19-9 on the offensive boards.
Korver has scored in double-digits in nine of his last 10 games. He is averaging 12.9 points and 4.4 rebounds this season.
Philadelphia is off until Wednesday when it hosts Kevin Garnett and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Last season, the teams split a pair of games.
