Chicago, which is 3-1 as the host this season, has won three in a row and recorded a 111-108 victory over the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets on Friday at the Ford Center.
Andres Nocioni scored a season-high 31 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Bulls and shot 12-of-23 from the field. Luol Deng scored 21 points with six boards and four assists, while Kirk Hinrich and Ben Gordon each added 17 points for the Bulls, who look sharp since dropping six straight.
The Bulls will also welcome Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, Minnesota, Indiana, Seattle and Milwaukee to the United Center on the homestand.
Washington, meanwhile, has won two straight since a four-game slide and defeated the Charlotte Bobcats on Friday by a 121-109 score.
Gilbert Arenas poured in a game-high 33 points and dished out 10 assists to lead Washington at the Verizon Center. Arenas finished 11-of-20 shooting and converted on 9-of-12 free throws, while Caron Butler scored 24 points with seven rebounds and six helpers.
Antawn Jamison scored 22 points and pulled down eight boards for the Wizards and DeShawn Stevenson added 11 points and Etan Thomas finished with 10.
The Wizards have lost all seven of their road games this season.
Chicago went 3-1 against Washington last season and has won four of the last six meetings.
Washington has lost four straight, five of six and 10 of its last 15 games at the United Center.
