=== New York Knicks Team Report - April 4 ===

(Basketball News) - The Knicks’ recent woes continued on Sunday as they fell 106-102 to the Milwaukee Bucks at the Bradley Center.

Tim Thomas had 23 points for the Knicks, who have dropped six in a row. Maurice Taylor had 18 points for New York, which has dropped nine of its last 12 overall. Taylor has registered double-digits in scoring in two of the last four contests.

Kurt Thomas tallied 13 points and 12 rebounds, while Stephon Marbury tacked on 15 points and nine assists. Jamal Crawford posted 11 points in the losing effort. Thomas is averaging a double-double with 11.7 points and 10.4 rebounds per contest.

The Knicks shot 42.2 percent from the field in the game, including 7-of-21 (.333) from three-point range. New York hit 19-of-25 (.760) from the free throw line, but committed 17 back-breaking turnovers which led to 25 Milwaukee points.

New York seems happy to continue increasing its amount of balls in the NBA’s lottery for the upcoming draft. The Knicks currently own the eighth-worst record (29-43) in the league, just 1 1/2 games ahead of the steadily improving Golden State Warriors.

The Knicks have a day off before hosting the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night. New York will also take on New Jersey at the Meadowlands (Thursday), Chicago at home (Friday) and Indiana at Conseco Fieldhouse (Sunday) this week.
