Fever hold off Mystics to remain perfect

Indianapolis, IN (Basketball News) - Tan White scored a season-high 20 points off the bench as the Indiana Fever kept their perfect record in tact with a 70-66 victory over the Washington Mystics.

Tamika Catchings had 15 points, grabbed nine rebounds and six steals for the Fever, who overcame a franchise-record 29 turnovers to improve to 4-0. Indiana also won despite going scoreless from the field for 13:32 to start the game, a WNBA-record.

The Mystics, meanwhile, remained winless to start the season (0-6). Tamara James scored a career-high 17 points for Washington and Alana Beard added 13.
