Bulls forward suspended one game

New York, NY (Basketball News) - Chicago Bulls forward Andres Nocioni was suspended for one game for elbowing Detroit Piston Tayshaun Prince, NBA Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations Stu Jackson announced Tuesday.

The incident occurred with 17 seconds remaining in overtime of the Pistons 85-84 victory over the Bulls at the United Center on Monday.

Nocioni, who will serve his suspension Wednesday against Washington, is averaging 8.1 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in 23.1 minutes of action a night.
