The Flintstone Shuffle

The Flintstone Shuffle

This is one of the moves that made Hot Sauce famous, and it’s very simple. It’s most effective when you’re playing against an honest, tight defender.

  1. When your defender draws close to you, dribble the ball behind their foot so that it bounces five or six feet vertically.

  1. As it is in the air, run a few paces to one side (preferably not the side of the foot behind which you bounced the ball) as if you were going for the ball. The defender should follow you.

  1. Quickly return to retrieve the ball.
