College: He played ball at Henderson State in Arkansas from 1998-1999, where he graduated in ’99 and was a Division 2 All-American.

Other Experience: Played for the Fort Wayne Fury of the CBA in 1999, in Israel in 2000 (where he averaged 19 points and 7 assists) and for the Mobile Revelers of the NBDL in their championship 2002-2003 season. Joined the AND 1 Mix Tape Tour in 2001 and has starred in the ESPN TV series Streetball from 2002 thru 2006.

Earned Street Name:A.O. = Aaron Owens, enough said.

i.m Anna i am from the Wind River Rez, Fort.Washakie Wyoming.. Hot Sauce and some other streetballarz came down here to put on a show..lol they played their game and it was AWESOME!! but i wished that you AO came down here with the crew it wouldv.e been so AWESOME!!!!=] your my HERO and a person that i look up to!!! hope u have a good year and some-what.. First of all lets set the record straight. Who ever that guy so called "god of basketball" is is an asshole and a hater. He said AO "The General" sucks. Is he crazy. AO is the best pure pointguard to play the game. Ask any of those And1 guys right now who was their best leader and I gaurantee the answer will be 100% AO. Not Skip, not Hot Sause, not Grayson, and not KB. I’ve been playin against this dude for years in North Philly and when I say he’s damn near perfect I mean that. When you watch TV u dont see many mistakes so you think they cut them but dont they just show what they can. If you ever get a chance to see him play live you will see this guy throw 15 alleyoops you couldnt get right if you tried it 20 times he’s automatic. He shuld definately be a starting pointguard in the NBA. .

i kno where he is now...i seen him the other day in springfield ,mass... he was on and1 tour..but he was not on the and 1 team..he was tryin to get a new contract....he was nice but he didnt win...this guy name Air bama won...but AO is nice and all ways b nice..and i got him to sign my hat.and everyon else on the and1 team .
