Jordan Picks His All-Time Favorite Kicks.

The G.O.A.T. picks his favorite Air Jordans ever.

HoopsVibe's Very Quick Call: This selection surprised many, but MJ backs up his decision.

2K Games and Paul Sacca interviewed Michael Jordan recently and were able to find out Jordan's all-time favorite pair of kicks. Many thought it might be the red and black Air Jordan 1s. This is the shoe that literally started it all. Another top contender were the Air Jordan 3s. These are an iconic shoe that dominated the basketball landscape for decades. They are still considered a fresh silhouette.

Ultimately, MJ chose the Air Jordan XIs. These were originally released in 1995/1996 and marked Jordan's return to the NBA and return to dominance. He let the world know he was still the best in the around by becoming only the second player in NBA history to win the regular season MVP, All-Star game MVP, and NBA Finals MVP this season in one season. He averaged 30.4 PPG and scored 40 points in nine games.

The Air Jordan XIs were his most appreciated model ever. What they accomplished in accolades though they lacked in design. The clear rubber soles quickly yellowed and the patent leather had a tendency to crack and scratch.

Lets just say MJ remembers the good in them and not the flaws. I guess even Michael Jordan has a rosy version of his own shoe history.
