New York Knicks Team Report – December 11

=== New York Knicks Team Report – December 11 ===

(Sports Network) – The New York Knicks found themselves on the wrong end of a
106-104 decision to the Washington Wizards at the MCI Center.

Nazr Mohammed had 20 points and 11 boards for New York, which has dropped four
of five contests to fall under .500. Stephon Marbury had 18 points and seven
assists, as the Knicks welcomed back a familiar face in disappointing fashion.

Allan Houston saw his first action of the season for New York after spending
the first 18 games on the injured list while rehabbing a surgically repaired
left knee. He came off the bench for the first time in his Knicks’ career and
scored eight points in 19 minutes, shooting 4-of-8.

Houston, who was activated off the IL on Tuesday but did not play in
Wednesday’s win over New Orleans, had been out since the latter stages of last
season with the injury that required off-season knee surgery.

New York returns to action on Sunday when they host the Denver Nuggets.
